Fitment Issues:

Before completing an order, make sure to refer to the sizing chart either on the product page or on the sizing chart page. 

A production fee will be charged for size replacements greater or smaller than 1 size. 

 

Refund/Return:

Due to our unique business model known as "Print on Demand", this means your items are uniquely made at the time of ordering, as we do not carry inventory of your purchased item. Due to this and COVID19, we do not accept returns. 

We have a 14-day refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to send a request. We will review each case by itself and offer a replacement, store credit or refund depending on the issue. 

We WILL NOT issue a refund for the following:

- Orders that are delivered to the wrong adress due to incorrect input by the customer.

-Wrong size orders outside of 1 size smaller or larger. 

- Products or items that show signs of wear, wash, marks or damages not caused by shipping. 

 

Order Modifications/Cancellations:

You have only 24 hours to inform us of a modification/cancellation. Contact our team at contact@calligoth.com. 

Should 24 hours pass, your order will go into production and it will be too late to cancel. 

 

Damages and Issues

Calligoth will do our best to ensure product quality and order accuracy.

In the event you receive a damaged item, poor-quality printing, or an incorrect product, we’ll replace or refund your purchase to ensure you're satisfied.

Should this happens to you, please contact our customer support team at contact@calligoth.com and send us a clear photo of your item with a brief description of the issue. 

Depending on the issue we will send you a replacement order or a refund. 

Note: Depending on your bank and payment methods, refunds may take 5-10 business days to process.
